 WHITE GOLD

During the summer of 2008, South Georgia became viewed as the land of opportunity for many migrant workers. Most of these workers believe in the American Dream.

One worker found more than the dream. His family and friends call him, Jose. The town’s locals know him as Boy or Mexican.

Jose will be forever known for loading, harvesting, and processing…. White Gold.

Hello. I would like to welcome you to my Web site. I created this special place on the Web to share my story with you. I hope this site will enable my fan's and friends, near and far, to stay connected with me and my family, even if I do not get the LOVE, the RESPECT, and the AMERICAN DREAM here in Cotton, Georgia. We look forward to sharing our family news and precious memories with you for years to come! Feel free to use our contact page to contact us.

I arrived in Cotton, Georgia six months ago to assist with the town's annual Cotton Harvest, but this has not been work; this experience has been hell.
-Jose
